Rainer uses a combination of contemporary techniques and traditional processes with watercolours and acrylics, to express the beauty of daily life and scenery that surrounds him in his maritime environment.

Working from a variety of photo-montages and photographs taken from his travels, his latest series paintings, “Spruce and Gasoline “, are a group of Watercolour and acrylic paintings that explore the relationship between people and their environment. The paintings focus on the beauty that surrounds us in both rural and urban areas.

These prints are reproductions of these various Watercolour paintings and are printed using archival quality inks and are printed on Watercolour paper. They are matted in an acid free mat to fit a standard 8" x 10" frame. Each print is signed and labeled.
